What happens to my mail?
When completing the short signup form, you will be asked to tell us what to do with your mail. This can be forwarded onto you anywhere in the world and even scanned and emailed to you as a PDF.
You will be asked to specify how you’d like your mail forwarding either 1st class, 2nd class, airmail, courier or scan to email. You can also specify how frequently you’d like mail forwarding from next day right up to weekly.
What are the forwarding costs?
This depends on the type of mail including the size and weight, where we’re sending it and how we’re sending it,
Scan to email is charged at just 10p per letter, letters are charged at postage costs plus 10p, again depending on the size, weight and forwarding location parcel forwarding is charged at cost plus 50p for UK and cost plus £1.00 for international.
Can I use a box number if I want to?
Although we sort incoming mail by name, we do issue mailbox numbers, for internal purposes. If you’d prefer to use a mailbox number you can. This must be the number we allocated when you first signed up and we will still need the name of everyone receiving mail.
How many names can I have on my account?
We do not use mailbox numbers to sort mail which gives you a more professional address, as such it is vital that you tell us the name of everyone receiving mail on your account.
Our Mail Forwarding Service allows you to list up to 4 individuals at no extra cost. If you do require additional names these can be added at a cost of either £1.00 on monthly billing, £2.50 on quarterly billing and £10.00 on annual billing.
Can I receive parcels?
Yes the standard mailbox service does allow you to receive parcels up to 20 kg in weight an measuring up to 61 x 46 x 46cm (standard parcel) these can be forwarded anywhere in the world. The cost of forwarding will depend on the size, weight and where we’re sending it to.

How do I sign up?
You can signup to your new mail forwarding service quickly and easily online. Simply select the required service from the pricing table and complete the straight forward sign up for.
Any order received before 1pm on business days will be processed and activated the very same day.
Can I collect my mail?
The Mail Forwarding Service is designed for those who do not wish to collect their mail, however if you receive an urgent item which you need straight away please contact us and we will make arrangements for you to collect.

Is there a minimum term?
TheMailboxCentre.co.uk offer its services on a range of billing options from 1 months right up to annual. The minimum term would be whatever you choose during signup. If you opt for the 1 month service the minimum term would be one month, if you opt for the 12 month service the minimum term would be 12 months,
To end the service all we require is 7 days written notice. Simply send us an email at least 7 days before your renewal date and we will get things cancelled for you.
