The UK Mailbox Centre are committed to be being completely open and honest with its customers, as such we have publish our cancellation policy below, when cancelling a service you can be assured in will be handled in strict compliance with this policy.

Cancelling a New Service

The UK Mailbox Centre offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your welcome email simply email us at hello@themailboxcentre.co.uk requesting to cancel

Cancelling an Existing Service

The UK Mailbox Centre was you to stay for the great prices, fantastic service and exceptional levels of customer care you receive, as such we do not have any difficult to understand clauses in our customer agreement or long notice periods.

If you wish to cancel a service that you’ve held for more than 14 days all we ask for is 7 days written notice (via email is fine). Simply send an email to hello@themailboxcentre.co.uk at least 7 days before your renewal date, your service will continue until your next planned renewal date at which time it will simply end.

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will send an email back to confirm its been received and confirm the date your service will end.
